Allergic reactions can be fatal if they are severe enough and should not be taken lightly.  Researchers have concluded what allergic reactions actually are, what happens, and even ways to quell the reaction until further assistance can be reached such as EpiPens ; but what causes these allergies? Why do people develop allergies to foods, pollen, and pet dander? Which allergies are acquired from birth and which allergies are acquired later in life?

Are you picky about the condition of your CD collection? Have you ever wished you didn’t have to worry about scratching or damaging you CD?

A CD is made up mostly of clear plastic. Beneath the plastic on the “shiny side” is a thin layer of aluminum with bumps and rivets in it. When a laser eye in a CD player directs the laser onto these bumps, the laser is rebounded in a different direction and a CD player can read the information on a CD.

Perhaps a thin layer made of a similar material to screen protectors for phones could prevent these scratches.
